Terms & Policy

By registering, enrolling in a course, becoming a member, or requesting any service from ISOY Tech (the Institute of Software and Online Yield) — whether through our website or our Android and iOS mobile applications — you agree to these Terms & Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website, mobile apps, register, or request services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to register or make payments.

ISOY Tech provides website development, app development, cybersecurity services (security awareness training, penetration testing, SOC analyst support, digital forensics, and GRC), forex education and analysis, videography, photography and content creation, graphic design, and data analysis.

All engagements are scoped in writing before work begins. A service request submitted through our website or app is an inquiry, not a binding contract — work starts only after scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values, applicable law, or the safety of our team and clients.

Our courses run for four weeks of training plus two weeks of mentorship, with weekly (Monday–Thursday) or weekend (Friday–Sunday) schedules. Current courses include cybersecurity, website development, app development, forex, digital literacy, tech service & training, videography & content creation, graphic design, and data analysis.

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is verified by our team. Clicking "I have paid" or "I have sent the money" reports your payment to us — it does not by itself confirm your enrollment. Your place is secured once we verify the funds.

Course fees may be paid in full or in two installments. Certificates are issued only after the full course fee has been paid and verified. Certificates may carry ISOY Tech, ICITP, or ISC2 branding depending on the course, as described on each course page.

We guide eligible graduates toward a first remote internship of about one month. Internship placement is guidance and facilitation, not a guarantee of employment.

Course materials remain the property of ISOY Tech and are licensed to enrolled students for personal educational use only. You may not resell, share, or republish them.

ISOY Tech membership costs a one-time fee of ₦5,000, payable by bank transfer to the account shown during signup.

Your membership is activated after we verify your payment. Until verification, your signup shows as "payment reported".

Membership benefits, instructions, and any welcome materials are sent to your registered email address.

Membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has been activated.

Fees for services and courses are agreed in writing or displayed at the point of enrollment. Prices shown on the website or app may change, but the price shown when you enroll is the price you pay for that enrollment.

Payments are made by bank transfer, WhatsApp-arranged transfer, or Paystack where available. Always pay only to the account details shown inside our official website or app, and keep your payment evidence.

Deposits for service engagements secure your slot and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Course fees are refundable within the first 7 days of the program if no significant content has been consumed. After that, no refunds are issued.

If you report a payment we cannot verify, we will contact you to resolve it. Deliberately false payment claims may lead to account suspension.

Referral codes may be issued by ISOY Tech or its partners. A code must be entered at the time of enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively.

Discounts attached to a code, where applicable, are shown before you pay. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Misuse of referral codes — including self-referral, resale, or bulk use — may result in cancellation of the discount and suspension of the account.

You must provide accurate information when registering as an individual or a company, including your name, email, phone, and WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification codes secure.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person or organisation, or use our platform to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

We may suspend or remove accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these terms.

We collect only the information needed to deliver our services: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, date of birth (for membership), company details, enrollment and payment records, and messages you send us.

We use your data to: create and manage your account; process enrollments, memberships, and service requests; verify payments and issue receipts and certificates; communicate with you about your courses, cohorts, and requests; and send transactional emails (verification codes, payment confirmations, reminders) from notify@isoy.tech.

We never sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except: payment processors (such as Paystack) to process payments you initiate; email delivery providers to send you transactional emails; and where required by law.

Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and standard access controls. Only authorized ISOY Tech administrators can view enrollment, payment, and membership records.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@isoy.tech. Deletion requests are honoured except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

For engagements, we may sign an NDA on request before any confidential information is shared.

Our Android and iOS apps provide access to the same accounts, courses, services, and membership features as our website. These Terms & Policy apply equally to the apps.

The apps may request device permissions (such as notifications, camera, or storage) only to deliver features you use — for example, downloading receipts or certificates. We do not access your contacts, files, or device data beyond what a feature requires, and never without your permission.

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store's terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content; any claims relating to the app are between you and ISOY Tech.

Payments for courses, membership, and services are handled through the payment methods shown in the app (bank transfer, WhatsApp, or Paystack), not through app-store in-app purchases, unless we state otherwise.

We may update the apps from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated app and these terms.

Do not misuse the apps: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security or payment verification.

You may not use ISOY Tech services to harass, defraud, or harm others; to distribute malware; to violate intellectual property; or to break any law.

Cybersecurity engagements — including penetration testing and digital forensics — are conducted only with signed authorization from the system owner. Unauthorized testing of systems you do not own is strictly prohibited, and skills learned in our courses must never be used unlawfully.

We cooperate with law enforcement where misuse of our platform or training is suspected.

You own the deliverables we build for you once payment is complete. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

The ISOY Tech name, logo, website and app design, course content, and blog articles are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Reviews and testimonials you submit may be published on our website and apps after moderation. You can ask us to remove yours at any time.

Forex education is for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves risk of loss. Nothing on this site or in our apps constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to trade. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Our services and courses are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes — such as employment, business results, or trading profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISOY Tech's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement or course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place our team, clients, or systems at risk.

You may stop using our services at any time and may request account deletion by emailing info@isoy.tech. Outstanding fees for delivered work remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first — contact us at info@isoy.tech and we will work with you in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated on this page and in our apps with an updated 'Last updated' date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
