By registering, enrolling in a course, or requesting any service from ISOY Tech (the Institute of Software and Online Yield), you agree to these Terms & Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website, register, or request services.

ISOY Tech provides website development, app development, cybersecurity services, and forex education. All engagements are scoped in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values, applicable law, or the safety of our team and clients.

You must provide accurate information when registering as an individual or a company. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person or organisation, or use our platform to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Fees for services and courses are agreed in writing before work starts. Deposits secure your slot and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Course fees are refundable within the first 7 days of the program if no significant content has been consumed. After that, no refunds are issued.

We collect only the information needed to deliver our services — name, email, phone (optional), company details, and messages you send us.

We never sell your data. We use secure storage and standard access controls. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@isoy.tech.

For engagements, we may sign an NDA on request before any confidential information is shared.

You may not use ISOY Tech services to harass, defraud, or harm others; to distribute malware; to violate intellectual property; or to break any law.

Cybersecurity engagements are conducted only with signed authorization. Unauthorized testing of systems you do not own is strictly prohibited.

You own the deliverables we build for you once payment is complete. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Course materials remain the property of ISOY Tech and are licensed to enrolled students for personal educational use.

Forex education is for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves risk of loss. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISOY Tech's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place our team, clients, or systems at risk.

You may stop using our services at any time. Outstanding fees for delivered work remain payable.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date.
